Continuous improvement is an ongoing process at CRM. The company’s quality management system includes ISO 9001:2008 certification, which provides a framework for standardization and controlled processes. ISO standards and its quality principles are embedded in every aspect of the business.
In June, management and staff participated in an external ISO audit reviewing company processes, job descriptions, calibration and customer satisfaction. With the lead of Quality Manager, Nancy Maanum and the support of all employees, CRM successfully demonstrated the effectiveness of its operations. According to Claussen, “We continually look for improvements to make us better. External and internal audits are one tool we rely on to identify opportunities and gauge new implementations.
